Yoga, Menopause, and You

Menopause, and the time leading up to it, is a new phase of life that can bring with it unexpected physical and mental experiences. During peri and post menopause many women feel both a sense of loss and a sense of freedom. If you choose, this can be a time of personal empowerment, both physically and mentally.

Join Rebecca Meehan Womne's Health Physiotherapist and Therapeutic Yoga Instructor to learn techniques, poses, and breath work to support pelvic and core strength, bone health, as well as spinal and postural wellness. As you move towards and into this new phase of life there are mental and emotional changes which often call for a shift in perspective and life purpose.

Menopause is a sacred "pause," a time for reflection, self-exploration and growth. Let’s join together as women to explore the physical, mental and emotional opportunities peri and post menopause offers us.
